Professionally Managed Assets

We seek assets overseen by experienced sponsors to enhance the probability of achieving optimal investment outcomes. Our preference is to collaborate with sponsors who are personally invested, underscoring their commitment to achieving the best results.

Sponsor has Successful Money-raising and Full Business Cycle Records

We work with sponsors with a solid history of successful fundraising and navigating through full business cycles. The ability to secure capital is pivotal in assuring investors that the sponsor can fulfill the requirements for underlying investments. We prefer companies with a repeatable business model, providing investors with the option to reinvest in similar projects when the initial investment matures at the end of the business cycle.

Offering Structure Criteria

Shorter Lock-up Period

Our offerings generally follow a two-stage structure: the offering stage and the operating stage. The offering period allows sponsor time needed to raise the capital. Once the sponsor secures sufficient funding for business operations, the offering concludes, allowing them to focus on building a successful venture that generates returns for investors. We prioritize offerings with shorter duration to enhance investor’s flexibility and liquidity.

Fractional Ownership Interest

We pursue assets that offer fractional ownership, granting investors the opportunity to own a share of high-quality assets. This approach provides our clients with increased diversification and access to a broader range of premium investments available on our platform.

Lower Investment Minimum Than Traditional Private Equity Starting At $25,000 Vs $1,000,000

We seek products with lower investment minimums than traditional private equity, enhancing accessibility for investors. In addition to an exhaustive in-house Due Diligence, the offering selling group engages an independent third party for their assessment. We primarily focused on income by providing access to private offerings with current distribution through revenue pass-through, rent distribution, and interest payments, all while seeking growth opportunities.

Investors with extensive alternative investment experience:

We primarily focused on income and growth by providing access to private offerings with current or accrued distribution through revenue pass-through, rent distribution, and interest payments, and access to growth-driven only offerings such as late-stage startups and pre-IPO shares.

We are committed to an income-focused approach, offering non-traded preferred stock or secured bond offerings with consistent cash distributions or interest payments. These opportunities aim to provide investors with stable income generation prospects.

Our offerings feature an average duration of 2 to 5 years,¹ avoiding large-scale projects that require a long holding period unless for tax benefits, as seen in QOZ funds, and often including monthly or quarterly distribution.
